2021The beginning
01The kitchen we grew up in.

Galletotas was born in our family — between recipes, batches, and a shared passion for baking. For years, making cakes, desserts, and cookies was part of countless moments at home. Over time, that passion turned into something bigger: to build a different kind of cookie brand, made with dedication and an obsession for every detail.

2021 – 2022The first trials

That's when the first cookie trials began. We started baking at home, repeating recipes again and again — refining doughs, fillings, and ingredients until we built something we could truly be proud of. What started as orders for friends and family slowly began to grow into something larger.

If we were going to do it, we were going to do it right.

2022The name

Somewhere along the way, the name appeared. We were looking for something distinct, memorable, and that captured exactly what we wanted to sell: big, generous, unforgettable cookies.

03Every detail, considered.

As the project grew, so did the vision. We fully rebranded — crafting the visual identity, packaging, box design, aesthetics, and every detail that represents Galletotas today. We wanted it to feel close, authentic, and at the same time special from the very first moment.

There were long nights of work, investments that felt terrifying, and challenges that seemed impossible. But we kept going with one idea firmly in mind: if we were going to do this, we were going to do it right.
